Common questions
What does ASAS supply?
Engine oils for petrol and diesel engines and for two- and four-stroke motorcycles, plus outboard marine oil, automatic transmission fluid, API GL-5 gear oil, ISO 68 hydraulic oil, multi-purpose grease and long-life radiator coolant.
How do I choose the right viscosity grade?
Use the grade the engine manufacturer specifies — it is in the owner handbook and often printed on the oil filler cap. Viscosity is an engineering requirement, not a quality ranking: fitting a thicker oil to an engine specified for a thin grade is not an upgrade.
What is the difference between 2T and 4T motorcycle oil?
A four-stroke engine keeps its oil in a sump shared with the clutch and gearbox, so 4T oil is built to survive that duty. Two-stroke oil is designed to burn with the fuel charge. They are not interchangeable in either direction.
Do you offer private labelling?
